DATE: 1st Saturday after the 1st Friday in August
EVENT TIME: Noon to last set (9 PM) (VENDOR SET UP BEGINS AT 10 AM)
PLACE: Glenn Otto Park, East Historic Columbia River Hwy at the Sandy River
BENEFITTING: AMR's Sandy River Rescue program
BOOTH FEE: costs vary: commercial, business, food, food requiring electric, non-profit (5 areas with electric)
BOOTH SIZE: Up to 10 ft x 14 ft each

Important Notice regarding Vendor selection: The Sandy River Bluegrass Festival Committee reserves the right to return vendor
registrations that may not fit the vision of the Festival, or may be a duplication of service or food already registered as a Festival vendor. In the event
of duplication of food or service, the earliest postmarked registration, including booth fee and all required licenses/permits/forms, will be the vendor
chosen to participate.
To participate in the Sandy River Bluegrass Festival, vendor booths must have any required Multnomah County Health Certificate, any required fire
extinguisher, and proof of insurance. To participate, please complete the registration below, retain a copy for yourself, and submit your registration
form, copies of supporting legal documents, and your fee to:

Payments and registrations must be received by July 1, (To be included in any appropriate advertising venues, your documentation must be
received by July 1). No refunds issued after June 29.
