SANDY RIVER BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL - Glenn Otto Park - Troutdale visit us online: Sandy River Bluegrass Vendor Participation
You're invited to participate in the Sandy River Bluegrass Festival. Glenn Otto Park, Troutdale, gate opens at noon, entertainment on stage until about 9 pm.
Lots of folks enjoyed a fun-filled day of music, food and shopping. Setups will begin at 10 am on Saturday. Booth locations will be posted on the website 7 days before the event.
We believe Glenn Otto Park in Troutdale and at the edge of the Sandy River, offers the perfect setting for our event. Featured entertainment will be available on stage at the park and jam session opportunities will be offered in downtown Troutdale - both in restaurants, shops and on the streets.
We will be advertising this event in all areas of Northwest and local media, and we will be including vendors names in appropriate venues. To ensure your name is included in the advertising, we hope you will commit to be a vendor before May 1.
Vendors are in charge of their own booths, some power is available, there will be water nearby, vendors need any and all health department permits for food vendor booths and food handlers, and fire department permits or requirements. Required health department and fire department information and forms are available (with contact information) at the top of this page. Please contact them directly for questions about requirements and your legal responsibilities.
Any temporary vendor fees charged by the City are handled by Sandy River Bluegrass. The charge per booth space (each 10 ft x 14 ft) will vary: (extra fee for electrical, 5 outlets available, lst come, lst served): Business/Commercial $200; Food Requiring Electric $150; Food, NO electric $100; Art or Craft Sales: $100; Non-Profit NOT POLITICAL $50;
In the unlikely event our committee receives registrations from vendors offering a food or service that is a duplication, the earliest postmarked registration that includes booth fee and all required licenses/permits/forms will be the vendor chosen to participate.
